Thank you! We did it! – Slides, videos and more
We do hope that you have already made it back home safe and sound. We would like to thank you for coming to the 5the-Governance Conference 2019 and for discussing, sharing, networking and contributing to promote collaboration on digital transformation. We do believe that the collaboration between countries, regions and sectors is a key to benefit from innovations.
This year’s conference featured 450 participants from 110 countries around the world. We were very fortunate to have President of Estonia Ms Kersti Kaljulaid,Assistant Secretary-General at United Nations Mr Fabrizio Hochschild, European Commission Vice-President Andrus Ansip promoting cross-border cooperation on digital transformation in order to spread innovation and reshape daily governance and through that, people’s lives. Moreover, Mr Ravi Shankar Chaturvedi from Tufts University and Liselotte Lyngso from Future Navigator inspired us with their keynotes.
This year, the conference focused on practical case studies and showcased roadmaps of digital transformation from Armenia, Aruba, Bangladesh, Canada, Cape Verde, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Japan, Kurdistan, Mauritius, Rwanda and Ukraine. Moreover, we covered a lot of topics such as collaboration across countries, regions, institutions and sectors; public-private partnership, Digital Planet research, digital transformation tool assisting SDG achievement, use of the NCSI index for national cybersecurity strategy development, data-driven governance and many more.
All slides, photos and the live broadcast recording of both days (Visons track) are now available on the conference website. Single presentation videos of Visions, Actions and e-Estonia tracks will be available on the conference website as of May 31.
We thank you once again for spending time with us in sunny Tallinn and look very much forward to hosting you again in 2020!
Yours truly,
