Arrival and departure

Delegates arriving/departing individually are kindly requested to make their own travel arrangements. Upon arrival at the Tallinn Lennart Meri airport, we recommend you to take a taxi from the taxi stand in front of the airport. Taxi from the airport to the hotel takes about 10 minutes (depending on traffic) and costs around 10 €. Taxis accept Visa / Mastercard. ATMs are located in the airport terminal building.

Conference badge is valid as a free public transportation pass and can be used within Tallinn public transportation network from 20-23 May. In order to use this opportunity, please carry the badge with you.

 

Schengen – Visa

When arriving in Estonia, all participants must present a valid passport with the appropriate visa (if required). It is not possible to apply for a visa at the border. Participants who need to apply for a visa must do so in their country of residence. Estonia is part of the Schengen Area. Dinner Reception,  May 21

We are glad to welcome you to the conference dinner reception! The dinner reception takes place at the Kultuurikatel, Põhja puiestee 27 a.

The Guest of Honor is Estonian Prime Minister Mr JĂĽri Ratas.

Dress code

In Estonia we are quite relaxed about evening attires. If you need a guidance, then casual elegant evening wear would be a good choice. Men can – but don’t have to – wear a jacket i.e. you don’t necessarily need a white shirt and tie. Women can wear casual evening dresses or a nice trousers with a blouse. If you wish to walk to the Gala Dinner location, please remember to wear comfortable shoes.
